Shelf Life & Process


We are always working on every aspect of production to prolong shelf life naturally. At this moment, we are  currently working to extend our product by dehydrating certain ingredients that are naturally moist or oily.  We will also be adding vitamin E, all spice and sunflower lecithin as natural preservatives within the next week.

Sunflower lecithin is a natural source of phosphatidylcholine, a natural constituent found in your brain and nervous system. The phospholipid phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) is the major dietary source of choline, a semi-essential nutrient that is part of the B-complex vitamin family.  Please learn more about it here.


We sterilize all of our jars and lids by two or more methods at a time, from a 5% bleach inside a filtered boiled water solution, to UV lamp sterilization and steam sterilization. (Photos to come)

During production, we make sure that the temperature between the product and the container are relatively the same in order to decrease moisture from setting in.
